MOQ depends on the product and packaging size. For standard Glück® additive lines we can usually accommodate flexible quantities for first orders; final MOQ and packaging terms are confirmed with your sales contact.
Yes. We supply working samples for most Glück® products so your lab can evaluate performance in your own formulation. Please use the sample request form and include the model numbers and application details.
Many Glück® models are designed as performance alternatives to well-known benchmarks, and our technical team can advise on drop-in candidates. We always recommend a formulation trial with your own raw materials before qualification.
We provide TDS, SDS and COA for each delivered batch. TDS documents are available for download on this website; SDS is available for online review and can be shared on request. Contact info@boyle-chem.com for the latest versions.
Standard product lead times are typically 7–15 days after order confirmation, depending on the model, quantity and destination. Please confirm exact dates with your sales contact before ordering.
We commonly accept T/T for export orders; other terms such as L/C can be discussed for larger or repeat orders. Final payment terms are confirmed on the commercial invoice.
Products are packed according to their classification (e.g., flammable liquids) and shipped with compliant dangerous-goods documentation. Our team confirms packaging, labels and transport options for each order.

We are located in Jiading District, Shanghai, China. Factory visits and lab evaluations can be arranged with prior appointment; please contact our team to schedule.
Compliance depends on the product and destination market. We support customers with SDS, ingredient information and regulatory documentation, and will confirm the status for the specific product and country on request.

We serve coatings (architectural, industrial, wood), printing inks, adhesives, textile dyeing and finishing, and related chemical industries. Our additive portfolio covers dispersion, defoaming, leveling, wetting, rheology, drying and hand-feel.
Shelf life depends on the product. Please refer to the TDS or the label of each batch; most additives should be stored sealed in a cool, dry place and used within the stated period.
